PERSON-CENTRED APPROACH
Support That Is Tailored To Work For You
COUNSELLING SESSION
Each session lasts 50 mins, giving you a safe confidential space to process what is happening in your life. Together we will find a way of working that helps you find a way through to where you want to be. For most people the depth of relationship offered by face to face counselling is most helpful, but I am also able to offer telephone and online counselling. A session is £45 for individuals or £65 for couples, £30 for counselling students (places limited).
CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
In today's society children and young people are under a great deal of pressure and are increasingly struggling with common mental health problems. Counselling can be a really good way to help them process what they are feeling and build resilience. I work with young people in a local school as well as in my private practice. I am trained in working with play and creative materials to help children express themselves.
STUDENTS AND CONSESSIONS
If you are a counselling student, I offer a reduced rate of £30 per session. As I know affording the counselling you need when you are training can be difficult. I am also aware that some people really want counselling, but struggle to afford it. I offer a limited number of concession places to those in need. Cases are assessed on a case by case basis. Please email me if you wish to apply.
